Using this website

This site exists to describe our home staging services and to let you request a quote. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with it, scrape it in bulk, or attempt to access parts of it that are not public.

Quotes are estimates, not contracts

Any pricing, package description, timeline or availability shown here or sent in reply to a quote request is an estimate based on the details we were given. It is not a binding agreement. Staging work begins only under a separate written staging agreement covering the specific property, the rooms included, the rental period and the payment terms.

Scheduling, install lead times and inventory availability change constantly. Dates are only held once payment terms in the staging agreement are met.

Our inventory stays ours

All furniture, art, rugs, lighting and decor placed in a property remains the property of Flip It Chicks Home Staging for the entire rental period. It is rented, not sold, and may not be moved, removed, sold or used by anyone else without our written approval. The client is responsible for loss or damage to staged inventory while it is in the property.

Photography and content

The photographs on this site are of our own installs. All text, images, layout and design are owned by Flip It Chicks Home Staging and may not be copied, republished or used in another company's marketing without written permission.

If you hire us, we may photograph the completed install and use those photos in our portfolio and marketing. Tell us before install day if you would prefer we do not, and we will respect that.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site current, but package details, service areas and lead times can change without notice. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

Staging is a marketing service. We do not guarantee a sale, a sale price, a timeline, or any particular result from staging a property. To the extent allowed by Arizona law, our liability related to this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona.
