About Us

A small family business with a warehouse full of good furniture

Flip It Chicks Home Staging is run by Jessica Lewerke out of Gilbert, Arizona. We show up early on install day with our own truck, our own crew and inventory we picked out ourselves. We stage $1M+ custom builds, ordinary three bedroom resale homes, builder model homes, apartment models and retirement community units. Staging every home size is unusual in this industry, and it is the part of the work we are proudest of.

How we got here

We started with one box truck and a few rooms of furniture, staging flips for local investors who needed a house to photograph well before the weekend. Word moved through East Valley agents fast, and the requests got bigger: a builder needed three model homes furnished before a grand opening, an apartment complex needed model units that felt like somewhere you would actually live, an assisted living community wanted a suite families could picture their parents in.

Nine years later we own the inventory instead of renting it, which is why we can put oversized sectionals in a vaulted great room one day and a tidy two bedroom package in a $380,000 listing the next. Nothing is sourced last minute, and nothing is a mystery on install day.

What install day looks like

We arrive early. The truck gets unloaded, rugs go down first, then case goods, upholstery, art, and last the kitchen and bathroom decor. Most homes are finished the same day and ready for a photographer the next morning. All we ask is that the home is clean and vacant so our crew can move large pieces safely.

At the end of the rental period we come back, pack out, and leave the home the way we found it. If your listing needs more time, inventory can be renewed monthly.
