What you send us

The only information we collect directly is what you type into our quote request form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the property city, property type, expected list price, package of interest, square footage, target install date and any notes you add.

That submission is delivered straight to us so we can write your quote and contact you back. Nothing more is required to use this website.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare a staging quote, confirm install dates, and answer your questions by email, phone or text. If you hire us, we keep the same details on file for scheduling, invoicing and the inventory pickup at the end of the rental period.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. We do not share your details with anyone outside our own family crew and the software we use to run the business, such as our website host, database provider and email provider.

Anonymous website analytics

We measure how the site is used with anonymous, aggregate analytics. That means page views, which pages people arrive on and leave from, referring source, approximate region, and general device type. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party ad pixels, and we do not build a profile of you.

Analytics data is not tied to your name, email or phone number, and it is never combined with a quote request. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no personalized tracking happens either way, because we do not do any.

How long we keep things

Quote requests are kept while we are in conversation and for our normal business records afterward. Anonymous analytics are kept in aggregate form only. You can ask us to delete your quote request at any time and we will remove it.

Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a private database that only we can read. Access is limited to the people who run this business.

Children

This is a service website for property owners, agents and builders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
