01
Luxury Staging
Listings priced $1,000,000 and up
Large scale furnishings, elegant and bold decor to elevate grand homes for sale.

Vaulted great rooms, 12 foot islands and 20 foot walls swallow ordinary furniture. This package uses our oversized sectionals, tall art, statement lighting, layered wool and vintage-style rugs, and full dining settings so scale reads correctly in photos and in person. We typically stage the great room, formal dining, chef kitchen, primary suite and primary bath, plus flex spaces like a den, office or casita when they affect the buyer's read on square footage.
- Great room, dining, primary suite and primary bath
- Oversized upholstery and statement lighting
- Kitchen and all bathroom decor
- Flex rooms, offices and casitas as needed
02
Mid-Level Staging
Homes priced roughly $500,000 to $1,000,000
Complete home staging that complements your unique property and shows buyers the potential they can better visualize moving into.

This is our most requested package for East Valley resale homes. We stage the rooms buyers decide on: living, dining, kitchen, primary bedroom and the primary bath, with secondary bedrooms or a flex room added when the floor plan needs the story finished. Furniture is chosen to fit the actual footprint, so hallways stay walkable, corners stop feeling awkward, and the listing photos show flow instead of empty drywall.
- Living, dining, kitchen, primary bedroom and bath
- Secondary bedroom or flex room when useful
- Rugs, art, lamps and full soft goods
- Curb-facing entry styling
03
Model Home & Community Staging
New builds, apartment complexes and senior living communities
Complete staging and decor for large or small home builders, apartment complexes and retirement communities.

Model units carry a whole community, so they get treated differently than a single resale listing. We furnish complete units, coordinate across multiple floor plans so a one bedroom and a three bedroom feel like the same brand, and keep the inventory in place for the length of the sales or lease-up period. Assisted living and retirement communities get the same care with a focus on clearance, seating height and rooms families can picture their parents in.
- Full unit staging across multiple floor plans
- Coordinated look for the whole community
- Long-term inventory placement for sales or lease-up
- Accessible layouts for senior living suites
Also Available
Budget Staging
Simple furnishings for homes listing under $500,000. Enough furniture to give every room scale, purpose and a clean photo, without paying for pieces the price point does not need.
Light Decor & Accent Staging
For occupied homes that already have furniture. We bring pillows, throws, art, greenery, lamps and kitchen and bath decor, and edit what is already there so the home photographs current instead of lived-in.
What changes the price of a staging package
Square footage and the number of rooms staged matter most, followed by the price point of the listing, since higher price points need larger and more furniture per room. After that: whether the home is vacant or occupied, how many bathrooms and kitchens need decor, stairs and access on install day, drive distance for properties outside the East Valley, and how long you need the inventory beyond the standard 60 day rental. Multiple model units in one community are quoted together.
We also run specials throughout the year. Ask when you request a quote and we will tell you if one applies to your property.
Common Questions
Answered before you ask
- How do your staging packages work?
- We offer packages for all price points so staging stays affordable and works as part of your home's marketing. After you send the address, square footage, price point and listing date, we recommend the package that fits and quote it the same day.
- How soon can you stage my property?
- We can often stage a property within 10 business days. We stage daily and work to accommodate your listing deadline as best we can, so the earlier you reach out, the more install dates we have open.
- What should we expect on install day?
- We are a small family business and we arrive early on staging day to install your inventory. We just ask that the home is clean and vacant so the crew can move large pieces safely. Most homes are finished the same day and ready to photograph.
- What is included and how long do we keep the furniture?
- Most staging packages include decor for the kitchen and all bathrooms, and all inventory is available for a 60 day rental period. You can renew monthly after that if the home is still on the market.
- Can I pay at closing?
- The industry does require payment to hold your staging date on our schedule, so we cannot bill at closing. We stage daily and can only hold your spot with payment in full. We do offer a variety of payment options.
